Fried ravioli filled with ricotta and lemon zest served with honey

For the dough:

3 cups 00 flour
1/3 cup warm water (aprox)
3 tbsp limoncello
A pinch of cinnamon 1 tbsp butter

For the filling:

2 cups ricotta
1/2 cup sugar
Zest of three lemons
3 tbsp limoncello

Other infredients:

Oil to fry (better peanut oil)
Honey to drizzle
Powder sugar and more lemons zest

Mix the flour, cinnamon and butter. Add slowly the water and the limoncello. Mix until the texture is like a play dough.
Mix the ricotta, lemon zest, limoncello and sugar well. Reerve.
Open the dough with the help of the pasta machine. Open until number 5.
Make cicles and fill with ricotta filling.
Fry until golden. Serve with honey and lemon zest on the top.
